I do primarily three things: I am engaged by law firms to handle, guide, and lead business development and marketing initiatives and cover key employee openings and temporary leaves of absences. I coach attorneys at all levels in business development and marketing. And, finally, I coach law marketers who seek to move their way through their careers against measures of success as they define them.

About Me
My name is Carolyn Sandano. Some things that may be helpful to know about me: 1) I have successfully worked at the largest and most competitive law firms in the country for over 20 years in business development, marketing and individual coaching; 2) I really understand what it feels like to work “inside” and I leverage that knowledge to provide you with solutions for business development, as well as for coaching within both the attorney and law marketer contexts; 3)The thing that I am most proud of is that clients routinely say that my entry into their worlds is seamless, and that I add value quickly; 4)My services are tailored specifically for each of my clients. There are no cookie cutter solutions because you deserve so much more – most especially in coaching; 5) I hired a coach in 2003, and believe that this continued investment is the most important and transformative step I have taken to better my life. It’s truly my privilege to help law marketers and attorneys reach success – as they define it.
